WW Week 4

I just had a really off week. I wasn’t tracking food or working out and we ate out a lot. I just felt off Monday and Tuesday. I had no energy and had some stomach issues going on. Wednesday I woke up and still had no energy, but made myself get out of bed. I’m blaming it on the weather for my lack of energy. Thursday and Friday I woke up with a headache that lingered all day. I didn’t sleep well all week. I couldn’t fall asleep and then once I finally did it seemed like Mya was up every hour.  I was ready for the weekend and for some much needed sleep!

Monday & Tuesday I didn’t track food. FAIL.

Wednesday:

Breakfast- Banana and whipped peanut butter (5sp)

Lunch- Teriyaki sir fry (3sp)

Dinner-Nick made a ZERO sp dinner and it was so good! Grill chicken and then mix it all together!

Thursday:

Breakfast- Banana and whipped peanut butter again (I actually wasn’t feeling it today but this was all I had)

Lunch- Left overs from light night’s dinner

Dinner- We went to Half Times. Even though we had ate out a lot this week (Monday and Tuesday), I was still watched what I ate. When we went to Beef’s on Monday I got grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli and only ate ½ of my meal. Anyways, today I didn’t come remotely close to watching what I ate. We had pretzels and beer cheese for an app and then I ordered nachos for dinner.

Friday:

Breakfast- Forgot my banana. Had a veggie made banana chocolate chip muffin. They are SO GOOD. Just wish I could have had two! 5sp for one. They also have breakfast spinach egg white frittatas. I’ll take a picture of those for next weeks post.

Lunch- Went to Sake and I enjoyed every bite of my sushi roll. Since starting WW this was the 1st meal where I literally couldn’t breathe after I ate.

Dinner- We had a diaper party at Beef’s. Nick and I split the buffalo chicken dip but between the two of us we had more than 1/2 left over, I was still full from lunch.

And I suck again and didn’t track anything over the weekend. Sunday night I did make homemade jamblaya that was 10 point.

The biggest change I have made is not snacking at night. Since I have started WW I haven’t ate after my “dinner” meal. I would normally have something sweet like a bowl of cereal, popcorn, Oreos, etc. So even though I had a really off week I feel like not snacking has helped. I very rarely even have a snack during the day anymore also.

I really need to focus and make tracking food and the gym a top priority this week. Obviously by this week you can see that is easier said than done! My goal is to be down a total of 10 lbs by next weeks weigh in.
