WW Week 3

Overall I felt good all week! Finally not bloated. It’s amazing what that time of the month can do to your stomach! I only made it to the gym twice but hey that’s two more days than I was going 3 weeks ago. My energy levels are up and I didn’t feel like I was dying during my leg day work out.

Monday

Breakfast: Banana and whipped peanut butter (5SP)

Lunch: leftovers from last week ginger garlic stir fry with ground chicken (7SP)

Dinner: homemade buffalo chicken pizza with ranch for dipping (11 SP) totally felt like a cheat meal

Tuesday

Breakfast: I don’t have any ripe bananas!!! One cup regular Cheerios, one cup of unsweetened almond milk, one Stevia pack (4SP)

Lunch: Buffalo chicken salad (5SP)

Dinner: Teriyaki stir fry with turkey sausage and jasmine rice (10SP) –I really wanted a 2nd plate but held strong!

Wednesday—woke up not bloated!

Breakfast: I missed my banana and peanut butter yesterday so stopped at the gas station to get a ripe banana and a peach! (5SP)

Lunch: Left over teriyaki stir fry with turkey sausage (no rice) (6SP)

Dinner: El Nopal, I had a chicken taco salad, no chips or shell, points?? Found a chicken taco salad from another restaurant for 9 SP so I went with that. And I had a large margarita. Why is El Nopal not in the WW app?? It is like my 2nd home and needs to be in there!

Thursday

Breakfast: I was CRAVING a McDonald’s coke. Stopped, took two drinks and realized it wasn’t worth 9 freaking points!! Threw it away. Banana and whipped peanut butter (5SP)

Lunch: Left over teriyaki stir fry with turkey sausage (no rice) (6SP)

Dinner: We had roosters, I had two pieces of grilled chicken tossed in hot buffalo with ranch and a angry orchard (14SP) *had to use one FP

Friday

Breakfast: You already know! Banana and whipped peanut butter (5SP)

Lunch: Had two pieces of grilled chicken from roosters left over (6SP)

Dinner: We went out with friends to Tin Roof, all day long I was thinking about the queso! 4SP for one oz. (so I for sure went over pts today)

This weekend I really dropped off on tracking

Saturday

Brunch: taco bowl at home (5sp)

Dinner: El Nopa chicken taco bowl (9sp)

Sunday

We went to the track for father’s day.

I stole some of Mya’s fries at the track. All nick wanted to eat for Father’s Day was Taco Bell Nacho fries. So I had nacho fries and a bean burrito. Didn’t track any pts.

Overall I’m happy to be down 1 lb since I feel like we ate out a lot this week. I really need to focus and get back on track next week.
